Today I am taking you with me on my journey to the Royal Mint Experience in Llantrisant, Wales.

We get to strike our own 2021 50p, the D for Decimal Day 50p!

It’s the first time the mint has reopened since restrictions have been lifted so it will be interesting to see if anything has changed!

We see some amazing coins in the exhibition and some medals too!

We even have a peak at a head to head 50p coin hunt on the benches outside the Royal Mint!
