This note is a error note ,its very rare to get a one side blank note.
Its even rarer to get old Indian note with only one side printed and the other side blank.
They have a special place in the album of a Indian currency album of a error note collector.
They also command a very good price which makes it rare and very much sought after notes,as a very few of them exist ,and particularly the older issues.
