This medallion is produced against a specific permit issued by the Govt. of India. As a gesture of reverence to the Mahatma, Bartons have decided to donate 20% of the profits from the sale of the medallion to Sabarmati and Mani Bhavan Ashrams.
The front face of the medallion is embossed with a popular profile of Gandhiji, his name, signature and dates. The reverse side graphically depicts the 3 principles that were dear to the Mahatma, Satyagraha through the Dandi March, Swadeshi through spinning the Charkha and Satya with Gandhiji’s profound thought, making the medallion a true souvenir of Gandhiji
