I flew the Jet Airways 9W119 to Mumbai from London Terminal 4 on the 24th Feb 2018 in economy class seat 55A.
I had flown with them on the Mumbai London route in October 2017 (video coming soon) as well, and I have to admit they did not live up to my expectations..be it the ageing 777 aircraft, sluggish IFE, cramped seats, not so great meal service they lag behind the Air India service in this sector in every department.
Perhaps I was expecting bit too much from Jet for the economy prices I paid.
