I flew the Jet Airways 9W116 to London from Mumbai Terminal 2 on the 29th Oct 2017 in economy class seat 57K.
This was the inaugural flight of their third daily service to LHR from Mumbai.
Having had a nice experience with Air India on the same route in May 2017..my expectations were a bit high from Jet Airways, but I believe they are let down by an ageing aircraft (as compared to Air India’s fleet), not so great menu for the economy class passengers amongst other things like the IFE.
