In this video I have covered one beautiful error which occurred in Ten Rupees Star Issue of 2017 where two notes are printed identically in Same Inset, Same Prefix, Same Serial Number, Same year of issue and Same Governer.
Such notes are found where serial numbers are starting from 6 or 7 in 2017 where prefix is 00F.
