When bank loan borrowers dies than bank recover its dues in various ways depending on case to case basis.
1. First Bank check whether customer has taken any insurance, `than bank
loan settle by making claim for insurance.
2. If loan is secured loan like Home, Car, Gold Loan, than bank sold out the
property and recover is dues.
3. If loan is taken without any security and insurance than bank recover its dues from
three person Co-applicants, Gaurantors and Legal Heirs.
