This is only a demo video on how i fixed the white spots issue on the Samsung LED tv.
There are ample resources where you get step by step information.
As we are not used to tearing apart televisions, its a bit difficult job for us, but the fix only involves using an adhesive to stick back fallen reflectors in the assembly.
So only a 5 rupee fix!
A technician would probably charge in excess of 2000 rupees
