5-Rupee coins celebrating 50 Years of Khadi and Village Industries Commission were issued in 2007. These currency coins were issued by Mumbai Mint only. These coins are getting rarer because of their low mintage.

These coins are also known in Copper-Nickel. However, these coins are not currency coins.
