Cheers everyone! Here we are, on the cusp of 500 subscribers, and I’m giving away GOLD!
To enter, you have to watch the video and follow the instructions. This one is a little crazy.
OFFICIAL RULES — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions) and Washington D.C. who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. If the winner happens to be from outside of the above mentioned region, award of the prize will be at the discretion of the sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Silver Husky. Family members of Silver Husky may not enter the giveaway.
2. Prize: The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter a random drawing, as described in this video, on the Silver Husky YouTube Channel. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received.
3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway window shall begin at 5:15 P.M. Eastern Time (“EST”) on July 14th, 2020 and shall end at 11:59 P.M. EST on July 31st, 2020. Entries for the comment giveaway must be received by 11:59 PM EST, July 31st. Entries for the shoutout video must be received by 11:59 PM on July 30th.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Comment Giveaway you are asked to (a) subscribe to the Channel, (b) “like” the video “Oh My GAWd! 500 Subscriber Giveaway!” and (c) place a comment containing a specific phrase on this Video. Your comment will be your official entry. ONLY ONE ENTRY (I.E. COMMENT) IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. To enter the shoutout giveaway, you must publish a shoutout video for my channel and paste the link to your comment on this video or use the hashtag #SilverHusky500GAW . A secret puzzle has been embedded in a previous video and must be solved in order to qualify got the ARG GOLD GAW. One more puzzle will be posted in another video to be released by July 21st. Solve one or both puzzles for a maximum of two entries. Use of multiple accounts by the same person will be a disqualification. Releasing hints or clues in the comment section or otherwise will also be a disqualification.
5. Winning: The winner of the Comment Giveaway (“Winner”) shall be chosen by the Sponsor via an online random comment picker. The winner of the Shoutout Giveaway will be randomly selected from a hat or from a random number generator. The Winner shall be announced in a new video to be released on the evening of August 1st.
6. Prize Claim: It is the responsibility of the contestant to view the “winner” video to see if he or she has won and to contact Silver Husky within 7 days of the release of the “winner” video to arrange shipment. Contact should be made to the following email address: SilverHusky12@gmail.com. There will be no charge for shipping.
Failure to respond by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Alternates may be chosen. If the alternate does not claim the prize, the prize may be rolled over to a future giveaway or may not be awarded at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
6. Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.
