Tulsi Manas Mandir is one of the most famous temples in the holy city of Varanasi. This temple has great historical and cultural importance in Hinduism since the ancient Hindu epic Ramcharitmanas was originally written at this place by Hindu poet-saint, reformer and philosopher Goswami Tulsidas in the 16th century
The all-white Tulsi Manas Mandir is not as old as other temples, but is certainly one of the most popular ones for travellers. Built in 1964, it is dedicated to Lord Ram, and is supposedly on the same place where Tulsi Das wrote the Ramcharitamanas. The well-manicured gardens around the marble temple usher you into a labyrinth of white walls engraved with verses of the Ramcharitamanas, written in the Awadhi language.
The area of Tulsi Manas Mandir is full of greeneries. You will get a beautifully managed laws in the temple area. As we think Varanasi is really a city of god but sometimes the peoples from Varanasi used to forget their culture.When we discuss about Varanasi , Almost people used to think about Ganga ghats and Vishwanath temple. But if you want to explore the Varanasi then you must have to visit all these temples. Ganga ghats are even more popular for evening life. But if you are visiting Varanasi in Mid daytime then you must visit this Tulsi Manas Mandir.
